Presence Is Power is a 75-minute online Reset Circle designed to help you pause the outside noise and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Through guided reflection, breath, conversation, and intentional practices, we will explore how being fully present with ourselves can create greater clarity, peace, and choice—even when life feels uncertain.

This is not about fixing yourself or having all the answers.

It is about creating the space to listen, breathe, and remember what you already know within.
